HELP US SAVE THE MIAMI MARINE STADIUM!
WHERE IS THE LOVE?
HELP WE, HELP YOU, HELP US?
In this Open Letter we are putting forth a plan to raise all the funds needed for this project, and to candidly discuss important issues.
Some of our concerns include the following:
1) We believe that the people of Miami should vote "NO" on the City of Miami alone footing the entire bill on what's estimated to be over $60 million (Gov. bonds) to restore and develop the Miami Marine Stadium, especially when there are readily available State and Federal Grants for Historic Preservations, for which the Stadium qualifies.
See our "Historic Preservation Fund" page for more details.
BONDS V. GRANTS?
"Bonds issued by government entities are called municipal bonds. The bonds can be issued for public or economic development projects. The proceeds of the public bonds are used to finance projects that benefit the community such as roads, bridges, sewers, parks, water treatment, and schools."
So, the plan is to restore the Miami Marine Stadium with Gov. bonds, and when its doors open it will be over sixty million in debt.?
We believe there is a better way and that is through the use of Gov. Grants.
2) We also believe that if grants do not cover the entire estimated $60 million, the balance of what is needed can be raised through crowdfunding via GoFundMe.com page that we set up to donate directly to Friends of the Miami Marine Stadium. We will be launching a fundraiser and EDM festival with our team at Light Warrior Productions in support of restoring the Miami Marine Stadium on Valentine's Day, Friday, February 14th 2026, with an event called the "LOVE BOAT BASH," which falls on the Saturday of the Miami International Boat Show.

Friends of the Miami Marine Stadium Statement of Purpose
https://www.marinestadium.org/statement
Friends of Miami Marine Stadium was organized in February 2008 to seek restoration of the Miami Marine Stadium. The all volunteer group was organized under the administrative umbrella of Dade Heritage Trust, Miami Dade County’s foremost organization devoted to historic preservation. In January, 2011, Friends of Marine Stadium incorporated as an independent organization and in August, 2011, received approval as a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization. All donatons can now be made directly to Friends of Miami Marine Stadium and are tax deductible.
With the advocacy battle won, Friends of Marine Stadium is now focusing on feasibility issues which includes management, financing for the Stadium, and operations. The Friends group seeks to make sure that the Stadium is both economically viable and is operated in the public interest. All of the work to date has been done by volunteers.
Light Warrior Solutions is hoping for Guidance and Collaboration with the Friends of the Miami Marine Stadium.
CROWDFUNDING CAMPAIGN
3) We see crowdfunding as more than just a donation fund for people to contribute money. We are asking anyone who agrees with the vision of restoring the Miami Marine Stadium to donate your talent, time, energy, and resources to get rid of this black eye, just like the Friends of the Miami Marine Stadium did.
We, at Light Warrior Solutions, are going to donate our time and the cost of maintaining this website to further this cause.
We are also donating all Spotify Sales of our Promotional track...

SAVEMIAMIMARINESTADIUM.ORG
This website will be an information hub to keep the public informed about everything related to the Miami Marine Stadium, including updating you on its history, grant, donation collection, allocation, and project restoration momentum.
We want to see the Miami Marine Stadium restored to its former glory, and once again serve as a unique entertainment venue for the people of Miami. Our crowdfunding and petition drives will be held in local bars, restaurants, nightclubs, and events, including Art Bazel, Lincoln Road Mall, and local boat marinas.
We want to collaborate with journalists, non-profits, and locals who share our passion for seeing this project into fruition. That's why we are asking Andres Viglucci, of the Miami Herald, to be the official spokesperson for this movement, since he's been doing it unofficially for years. (And, Miami Herald, we would really appreciate you donating a full page to draw the public's attention to this restoration campaign.)
4) We are calling for volunteers to sign our online "MIAMI'S GOT A BLACK EYE!" petition at Change.Org, and get their friends and loved ones to do the same.
5) We created a GoFundMe.com account that donates directly to the Friends of the Miami Marine Stadium.
DIGITAL DONATION WALL PLAQUE
6) We will be asking local Millionaires and Billionaires to help out with "The $60 Million Donation Drive." If they wish, their names will be added to a special Digital Wall Plaque of Donors, which will be placed in a prominent area of the city. For more info on how to donate to this special cause, please go to our Millionaires Fund page.
The Digital Wall Plaque of Donors will have the names of people who contribute donations of $100 and up.
And with your donation, for the rest of your life, every time you see the restored Stadium, you'll know you had something to do with that!
Miami Needs This... America Needs This... We Need This... You Need This... I Need This!
Imagine being on your Yacht and watching a Gloria Estefan concert at a stadium you guys helped to revive in the hearts of the people of Miami. Imagine you're a child in the stands watching a off shore race of Powerboats... Formula-1 on water!
How exhilarating?
And from here on, every smile and happy heart that comes from experiencing the Miami Marine Stadium will be because of you and the other donors.
So Here's what we're asking of you two, we want you guys to "Quarterback" the Fundraiser which will Officially begins on Friday February 14th, 2026. By kicking of the GoFundMe page with a small donation. We don't want you guys to foot the entire $60 Mil', because you would then get all the glory, and we want this to be a crowdfunded adventure... just be around to make sure the ball gets across the finish line. So Let's say, we're $10 Mil' short, you guys can donate the balance.
NOT THE OAK VIEW GROUP
7) We 100% believe that Oak View Group is the wrong Operating Partner for the Miami Marine Stadium Restoration and Operations for one simple reason, Integrity. We believe in honesty, integrity, transparency, and for the good of all in our community. For more info on this, see our "NOT THE OAK VIEW GROUP!" page.
ANYBODY BUT NORIEGA
8) We are asking that City Manager, Art Noriega, no longer be involved with the choice of who gets the contract. Something doesn't smell right.
9) And that is why we are asking President Trump, not only for help with the Grants, but also asking "The Trump Organization" to help us with the restoration and construction of the stadium and its visitors building.
TALK ABOUT A UNIQUE SPORTING EXPERIENCE?
WOW!
Where else can anyone in the United States or the Entire World experience this... Formula 1 on water?
Think about all the other water sports that would be able to have their races and championships here?
AND WHAT ABOUT ALL THE CONCERTS THAT WOULD TAKE PLACE HERE BECAUSE IT WOULD BE SUCH A UNIQUE EXPERIENCE?
IT'S BEEN 33 YEARS SINCE THE MIAMI MARINE STADIUM WAS DAMAGED BY A HURRICANE.
AND FOR 33 YEARS IT'S BEEN GETTING RESTORED.

EDM YACHT FEST MAIMI FUNDRAISER
(CHAPTER 1. LOVE BOAT BASH)
Light Warrior Productions plans to host the first EDM Yacht Fest Fundraiser for the Restoration & Preservation of The Miami Marine Stadium located in Miami on Valentine's Day, Friday, February 14, 2026. This event will be held with boats in the water gathered near The Miami Marine Stadium.
ANNUAL EVENT
We plan to host the EDM Yacht Fest Miami as an annual fundraiser, and celebration of the Miami International Boat Show week, in support of the Miami Marine Stadium. Our first event will be themed the Love Boat Bash. And, subsequent events will have different themes.
This event will be hosted annually because the stadium will still need to be funded even after the restoration is done. The stadium will need ongoing maintenance and upkeep to preserve its beauty, even if it is not turning a profit. If it is out of sight, it is out of mind. We want to keep this project in the hearts and minds of Miami locals, and annual participants of the Miami International Boat Show, to help it continue to be a local gem.
We think the restoration of the Miami Marine Stadium should matter, not only to the people of Miami, but also the State of Florida, and the entire United States of America and here is why:
WHERE IS THE LOVE?
